A new collaboration agreement was signed in Madrid with the Spanish Researchers in Australia-Pacific | Program
The Secretary General of the Spain Australia Council Foundation, Jesús Rodríguez-Andía, and the President of the Spanish Researchers in Australia-Pacific (SRAP), Sergio León Saval, signed a new a new collaboration agreement for the organization and celebration of the fifth Australia-Spain Forum.
In each edition the Forum focuses on one theme, the previous ones were Water, Light, Air and Earth and has the support of important universities and institutions. In the previous edition the SRAP and the SACF collaborated with the Australian National University (ANU), the Embassies of both countries, the Cervantes Institute of Sydney and the Ramón Areces Foundation.
About SRAP
The main objectives of SRAP are to help Spanish researchers working in the region and to promote the creation of collaboration networks; to help Australian research institutes and universities to understand the Spanish university system and to help researchers from Asia and the Pacific to participate in the Spanish research system. The association has around 50 members working in 15 universities and research centres in the Asia-Pacific region.
