The Spain-Australia Council Foundation was formally constituted before a notary, President Antonio Garrigues Walker.
Garrigues Walker is the current president of the Garrigues Walker Lawyers and Tax Consultants Foundation. Also at the signing were representatives from the boards of BBVA and Acciona and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
