NAB Europe, the European subsidiary of National Australia Bank, held its first Insight Series event in Madrid, with the support of the Spain-Australia Council Foundation and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), and in collaboration with our patron, RMIT University, and five Australian states: New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia.
NAB Europe's Insight Series aims to bring together industry leaders and experts to discuss key issues and share insights on new developments and current trends.
This event, held at the Club Financiero Génova in Madrid, focused on infrastructure and energy, under the title "Building Resilient and Flexible Grids: An Australian Perspective."
The day began with opening remarks from Nicola Jolley, CEO of NAB Europe; Jennifer Mackinlay, Managing Director for Europe at Austrade; and Gavin Friend, Senior Market Strategist at NAB. The main panel, moderated by Julie Niedzielski-Colombet, Director of Infrastructure and Energy Finance at NAB Europe, then took place.
